Marilyn Cobain
Psychologist

After an enriching first career as a school teacher for 10 years, I found myself at a crossroads, often referred to as a mid-life transition. This experience sparked my curiosity and led me to pursue a new path in psychology. Now, with over 30 years of experience as a Counselling Psychologist, I have not only practiced privately but also shared my knowledge through lecturing in this field.

Life presents challenges that can impact us all, often influenced by our unique stories, age, and stage in life. The emotions and thoughts you may be grappling with—whether anxiety, sadness, anger, or confusion—are valid and deserve attention. You don’t have to navigate these feelings alone. I invite you to talk, listen, and rediscover your strength as we work together to address your concerns.
